Customer service and support are top priorities at CCTV Agent.  If you have a system installed by our installation technicians or you purchased product in our showroom, you can be sure you will have access to the best CCTV, IP Camera System, and HDCVI System support in the industry.  Sure we have great product that is relatively easy to use, but it is the after purchase support that is most important. 

Installation & Training 

We provide professional installation and training from our in-house Installation Technicians or one of our CCTV Agent Certified Partners.  Our Sales Engineers will provide a detailed camera plan to you and the installer prior to the installation to insure you are getting the camera views agreed on. We have support techs available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday and after hours for emergencies to assist you with these types of questions and problems: 

  • General questions on use of your system
  • How to back-up a video incident captured on your DVR or NVR
  • Networking assistance to setup your cameras for remote viewing
  • Setting up your smart phone app to view your security cameras remotely
